Our Story

SOLENE started with a question nobody could answer: why does relief that works on day one stop working by day three?

We watched someone we love cycle through heating pad after heating pad — each one promising the same thing, each one fading faster than the last. Doctors offered pills. Pills came with side effects, and still didn't reach the pain in the moment it happened.

So we asked physical therapists a simpler question: what actually happens when heat meets pain? The answer surprised us. It wasn't about more heat, or stronger vibration. It was about order. Heat first, to ease the tension. Then vibration, timed to interrupt the pain signal itself. Most devices run both at once. Almost none of them sequence it — because almost none of them were built around that one insight.

That sequence became the ThermoPulse Cascade™ — the mechanism behind everything we make.

What we believe

We believe pain doesn't need to be proven to be real. We believe "just take some Advil" shouldn't be the end of the conversation. And we believe relief should be something you control — not something you wait on, refill, or apologize for needing.

We're not here to sell you a lifestyle accessory. We're here because a heating pad that stops working in twenty minutes was never actually a solution — and we thought someone should finally build one that is.

Where we're headed
